One person, not a rota
Wherever we can manage it you get the same cleaner every time, and you know their name before they arrive. Somebody who knows where you keep the hoover and which cupboard door sticks does a better job in less time, and you are paying for time.
What we pay
Above the going rate for the area, employed or self employed as suits the person. The reason is selfish as much as principled: cleaning has a high turnover, and every time somebody leaves a customer gets a stranger in their house.
Who cleans your home
Our cleaners are not there to get out of the door. They are there to leave your home properly clean.
Everyone who cleans for The Whistle Co completes two weeks of formal training before their first clean, so they arrive knowing exactly how your home should be looked after. Training does not stop there: our cleaners keep learning, and we review their work regularly so our standards keep rising. Every room is cleaned against a detailed checklist, the finished work is photographed, and anything skipped is written down with the reason. We care about the small things, and we show you we did them. Rest assured, your home is in good hands.
