Complain about your information

If you think we have handled your information badly, tell us. We have to acknowledge a complaint within thirty days, look into it, and write to you with the outcome. You do not need an account and you do not have to have been a customer.

Other ways to complain

You do not have to use this form. Email privacy@thewhistleco.co.uk instead, or write to us at 95a Cardiff Rd, Caerphilly, CF83 1FQ, or tell us any other way that suits you, including over the telephone. However a complaint reaches us we accept it, and the same thirty days and the same outcome apply.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner, at ico.org.uk, and you can go to them whether or not you come to us first. Nothing on this page takes away your right to do that, or your right to go to court.

What we do with what you tell us

We keep your name, the address you gave us, any telephone number, what you told us, what we looked into and what we told you. We keep it for six years, which is the period we keep anything that would answer a later claim about the same events.

Only the office reads it. It is not shared with anybody outside the companies named in our privacy notice, and nobody can look it up without signing in to the office.
