Questions
What people ask before they book, answered without the sales voice.
- How much does it cost?
- Put your postcode, bedrooms, bathrooms and how often into the form and you get the number straight away. The price is worked out from the time the job takes and an hourly rate that depends on how often we come. Nothing is hidden and nobody rings you to discuss it.
- Do I have to be in?
- No. Most people are at work. You can let us hold a key or give us a door code, and either way we record who was given it, for which visit, and when.
- What if something is not right?
- Tell us from your account. For 48 hours after your report arrives you can ask us to come back and clean it again, with a note on what was not right, and the office sees every request. After that, tell us anyway and we will look at it.
- Who will be cleaning my house?
- One person, the same one wherever we can manage it, and you will know their name before they arrive.
- Can I change or cancel?
- Yes. Free until noon the day before, from your account, with no phone call and nobody to talk round. After that we charge, because your cleaner has already turned down other work for that slot and is paid for the day either way.
- Do you bring your own products?
- Yes, unless you would rather we used yours. Tell us if anything in the house needs a particular product and we will note it against the property.
- Which areas do you cover?
- The Caerphilly borough and Cardiff. Every postcode district we go to has a page of its own, listed under Where we clean, and the form on the front page answers for your own postcode straight away rather than making you read a list.
- What happens after a clean?
- You get a report: what was done, what was skipped and why, and photographs. It arrives whether or not anything went wrong.
