After every clean you get one of these. It arrives whether or not anything went wrong, which is the point.
Example report
This example shows the layout. Your real report includes photographs of your rooms and the name of the cleaner who did the work.
Kitchen

Bedding was in the machine, so the bed is stripped and not made.

Skipped. It was still warm when we arrived and cleaning it hot is how they get scratched.
Why a skipped job is on it
Anything skipped says why. A report that only lists successes teaches you nothing and trains us to hide things. The system will not let a visit be finished without one, and it will not let a task be skipped without a reason.
