Bigger houses, longer visits, and no surprises about it
CF14 is suburban: semis and detached houses with drives, gardens front and back, and often an extension on the back of the kitchen. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms is an ordinary house here, not a large one, and it is roughly twice the work of a valley terrace.
That is the whole reason the price is worked out from bedrooms and bathrooms rather than from an hourly rate you are left to multiply yourself. You see the visit length and the price before you book, so a bigger house is a bigger number on the page rather than an awkward conversation on the doorstep.
The Heath, and cleaning around shifts
A lot of this district works at the hospital, which means nights, and a house where somebody is asleep at eleven in the morning.
